At the Bund 18, the concept of L’Atelier was established by Three-Michelin star chef Mr. Joël Robuchon inspired during his travel and experience in Japan, combined with his discovery of tapas bars in Spain. L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Shanghai (China) has the iconic open kitchen which is centralized around a 1.8m teppanyaki and surrounded by 32 seats as well as 16 seats at the tables around, where customers can observe the preparation of Joël Robuchon’s signature.
